Where are we located?
We are based in Durham, NC, and proudly serve the Triangle area. We’re also available to travel to events throughout North Carolina. Please contact us to discuss any applicable travel fees.
How do we book?
Please contact us on our website or any of our social platforms. From there, we will ask details on your event and will confirm if we are available for your date.
Do we deliver and pick up?
Yes, we will deliver, install, and pick up in the triangle area for a $75 fee. For any area outside of the triangle please contact us for additional fees.
How do I pay?
As of now we are accepting Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
How long can I rent an item?
You can rent an item for 24 hours.
Can I request a color for the backdrop rentals?
Although we prefer you rent our products as is, we can customize the color of our backdrops for you for an additional fee.
Are the cocktail toppers edible?
Yes, they are made out of wafer paper and the ink is safe to consume.
What happens if my rental is damaged?
If the piece is damaged beyond repair, you will charge a price for the cost of repairs.
Can request a custom backdrop?
We are open to hearing your backdrop ideas. Contact us with details and we will see if we can make it happen for you.
